Terms and conditions

1. By placing my digital signature on the digital form and by submitting the latter, I
confirm that I am the proxy, with full power of attorney, and act as such on behalf of
the above-mentioned organisation.
2. I furthermore confirm that all the information supplied by myself in all the required
fields on this digital form is to my knowledge true and correct and understand that in
the event in which I provided incorrect information, that there will be juridical
implications and that myself (and/or my organisation) will solely be held responsible
for juridical consequences as a result of the submission of such information.
3. I confirm that I understand that by placing my digital signature on the digital form, I
indemnify School Music Licensing™ (SML) (its employees, directors, affiliates and
parent company) from any legal liability of any kind whatsoever, which may be caused
by any information provided by myself.
4. I hereby mandate SML to submit the information (provided by myself) to the music
right authorities.
5. I confirm that no ticket sales will commence, or any event will be hosted or advertised
prior to the payment of all licensing fees from my organisation.
6. I confirm that I understand that SML will pay the licensing fees to all applicable music
right authorities after subtracting a commission as per agreement between SML and
the various music rights organisations/authorities.
7. I understand that SML are mandated to send a representative to the venue at any time
to do an audit and verify all information supplied by myself.
